What you will need:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) A positive, professional approach and a willingness to learn Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with children and staff An open, adaptable mindset and genuine enthusiasm for teaching A commitment to creating inclusive, engaging learning environments Confidence in managing classroom behaviour in a calm, consistent way
