Early Careers Coordinator - Join Our Fast-Paced Early Careers Hiring Team!


Location: Hybrid (Occasional travel to client office in London, 1-2 times per quarter)




Type: Full-time, Permanent Hybrid. Travel to the client London office is expected, typically one to 2 times per quarter with flexibility required as the travel frequency may vary based on business needs

Early Careers Coordinator

to support a high-profile early careers programme within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


What you'll be doing:



Supporting the end-to-end delivery of graduate and early careers recruitment programmes Managing and interpreting data to track performance, conversions, and key metrics -- especially across EDI Helping shape the daily and weekly priorities of the delivery team Coordinating assessment days and ensuring materials, systems, and logistics are ready Preparing engaging PowerPoint presentations and review materials to help tell the story behind the numbers Managing reasonable adjustment queries with empathy and professionalism Supporting the programme lead and working closely with the client's graduate hiring team Getting involved in new technology and tooling -- supporting testing, implementation, and improvements Ensuring processes are followed and delivery is consistent, accurate, and aligned to timelines Coaching and supporting newer team members to build capability and maintain consistency across delivery Taking real ownership, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders, and staying focused under pressure

What we're looking for:



Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-dependency environment Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through Confident working with data -- able to spot trends, identify gaps, and create narratives Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills Confident navigating different systems and able to support with technology rollouts and improvements A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solution-focused attitude
