Your Role:

As a

Key Worker

, you'll play a vital role in supporting children's development in line with the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

. You'll build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported.

What You'll Do:

Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and educational activities based on the EYFS Observe, assess, and record children's progress Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
What We're Looking For:

A

minimum Level 3 qualification

in Early Years Education (or equivalent) A genuine passion for working with young children Excellent communication and teamwork skills A creative and reflective approach to practice Experience in a key worker role is desirable

Pay: 15,262.50-23,809.50 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
