We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant educational team. You will play a crucial part in fostering their development through structured activities and play-based learning.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore and express themselves. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive atmosphere for all students. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Observe and assess children's development, adapting activities to meet individual needs. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to manage classroom dynamics with patience and leadership. A drive to inspire creativity and curiosity in young learners. Strong organisational skills to plan activities and manage time effectively. A commitment to continuous professional development in the field of early childhood education.
