What You'll Be Doing:

Acting as a

Key Worker

, building strong, trusting relationships with children and families Planning and delivering engaging activities that support learning through play Observing and assessing children's progress to tailor individual support Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for children to thrive Collaborating with parents to ensure consistent care and development
What We're Looking For:

A

Level 3 qualification

(or higher) in Early Years Education A genuine passion for working with young children Strong communication and teamwork skills A creative and reflective approach to early years practice Experience in a key worker role is beneficial
