Early years are a vital period for our new starts: your work will directly impact their expectations, performance and experience of our firm, and likely influence their approach to work for the remainder of their career. As Early Experience Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring our induction and early years programmes run seamlessly, from planning and logistics through to evaluation and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence how new joiners experience Deloitte from their very first day, helping them feel confident, connected and ready to thrive.


You'll work within the Early Experience Learning team, collaborating closely with our service lines and key business stakeholders. You'll ensure each element of delivery reflects Deloitte's Purpose, People Priorities and Values. With a focus on operational excellence, inclusion and data driven improvement, you will help embed a model for learning that supports every early careers colleague to succeed.

Operationalising Best-in-Class Learning



Design and deliver impactful learning programmes, supporting the implementation of early careers development experiences Ensure consistency and quality through coordinating delivery across cohorts and business areas to maintain a unified learner experience that meets firmwide standards Integrate digital and experiential learning by applying blended approaches and innovative tools to optimise engagement, efficiency and scalability Support onboarding to ensure seamless transitions for new joiners and a connected experience from offer to induction completion Drive continuous improvement in learning operations. Identify enhancements to scheduling, logistics and delivery processes to streamline learner and facilitator experience

Nurturing Strong Relationships



Build trusted relationships with service line and business area stakeholders to ensure programmes meet local and firmwide needs Liaise with Deloitte Faculty, external partners, and vendors to support delivery of high-quality and consistent learning experiences Champion collaboration across teams and colleagues to ensure alignment on strategy, delivery, and outcomes

Driving Data Led Improvement



Measure learning impact through the capture and analysis of data on learner engagement, exam results, performance metrics, and feedback to inform decision making Translate insight into actionable improvements, ensuring programmes evolve in line with learner needs and business priorities Help to lead on the use of dashboards and metrics to evidence success, drive accountability, and share best practice Leverage data to identify opportunities for digital learning solutions, enhanced learner support and improved operational delivery

Enabling Governance and Wellbeing



Ensure quality assurance, inclusion, and compliance standards are consistently upheld across all early careers programmes Embed psychological safety and wellbeing principles into programme design and delivery, promoting a positive and inclusive learning culture. Oversee practical delivery elements including scheduling, communications, supplier coordination and system readiness Monitor spend and identify risks or issues promptly, ensuring transparency and alignment with governance processes Stay informed of evolving trends and compliance requirements across learning, inclusion, and wellbeing to continuously enhance programme delivery

Experiences



Proven experience in induction and early careers programme design and delivery, ideally in a large or matrixed organisation Strong facilitation and coordination skills, ensuring early careers programmes are delivered to a high standard and aligned with business needs Experience managing budgets, third-party vendors and learning providers, ensuring commercial value and compliance with procurement processes Experience designing and/or delivering blended learning, incorporating digital and experiential elements to maximise learner engagement Understanding of professional education pathways, apprenticeships and regulatory standards that govern early career learning environments Awareness of safeguarding, risk and compliance requirements Experience using learning data and feedback to measure programme performance, identify trends and inform continuous improvement Knowledge of onboarding and induction processes, ensuring new joiners experience a seamless transition and strong sense of inclusion
