Do you have great communication skills, experience of multi-agency working and building relationships?
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic worker to support external partners in implementing the Early Help Framework to achieve positive outcomes for children and families. We offer a very supportive and friendly team, come and join us!
The successful applicant will be required to engage in all aspects of the work of the Targeted Support Team, including supporting de-escalations from Children's Social Care, providing training to professionals, promoting the use of EHM (online case management system) and identifying and promoting ways of improving outcomes for families and children through the Early Help/TAF process.
The post holder will be required to provide direct support at complex TAF (Team around the
family) meetings and provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues in the field.
