Your role in our journey
As a Targeted Early Help Support Practitioner you will use your excellent assessment and communication skills to provide planned and purposeful interventions as part of a holistic team, working together to improve life changes for all family members. You will use tailored, evidence-based interventions to meet the diverse of needs of individuals; ensuring that families are supported in improving their life chances. Accurate and comprehensive recording skills are essential to this role, as well as a high level of knowledge in relation to safeguarding and thresholds of intervention frameworks.
You will work collaboratively within a multi-agency team championing Early Help and integrated services at all times.
What
you'll
need
A level 4 qualification in a relevant field or substantial relevant experience of working with children, young people and families in their homes as well as within the wider community. You will also have experience of chairing and attending multiagency meetings to formulate plans to ensure that the families you work with receive the best possible support.
Your communication skills, flexible approach and flair for building relationships will really set you apart.
