Making A Difference
provides a valuable support service to families with children and young people that have learning disabilities/challenging behaviours within Medway.We are currently seeking to recruit support workers to support families with the care of their own children within the family home.
The hours required are varied but usually start from 6am to 08.30am weekdays. Please note we do have additional hours available after school, on weekends and school holidays within the home and community if required.
Your main duty would be to support the parent with the children's morning routine before they leave for school. This would involve bathing, assistance with dressing, breakfast, medication and help getting them on the school bus.
