We are looking for a Early Talent Development Advisor to join our People Development team in either our Swindon or Bristol office.

Join us in this newly created Early Talent Advisor role where you'll play a key role in developing, coordinating and delivering innovative talent programmes that support and grow our future generation of lawyers.
You'll take the lead on building our talent pipeline through a range of careers initiatives, linking with schools/universities, running vacation schemes or law fairs and recruiting our future talent whilst working closely with them to support their development through to qualification. This role will manage our Trainee solicitor scheme and develop and deliver alternative qualification routes such as apprenticeship, SQE and CILEX pathways, taking ownership for planning and delivering our internal Academy for early careers.
In addition, there is the opportunity to develop your skills in training design and delivery across the business and beyond the scope of early talent.
The successful candidate will be experienced in:
Building early careers development pathways to include Trainee solicitor, solicitor apprenticeship scheme, CILEX, SQE or other professional qualifications.
Organising and facilitating law/career fairs and other early careers events.
Developing and delivering training materials, ideally within professional services, or a desire to learn how to design and deliver training.
Working in a client focused role and delivering exceptional client service at all times.
We are looking for someone who is organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
This is a hybrid role based in either our Bristol or Swindon office, with occasional travel to our other offices.
We would consider splitting this role to consider applicants looking for full-time or part -time working.
