The Role:
We're currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Apprentices
to join our friendly team. Whether you're beginning your childcare journey or looking to build on existing experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work hands-on in a professional nursery setting while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
As part of our team, you'll receive full support and mentoring from experienced practitioners as you develop your skills, knowledge, and confidence in early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily care, play, and learning of children aged 0-5 years
Assist with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, inspiring, and inclusive learning environment
Observe and record children's progress with guidance from experienced colleagues
Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and staff
Requirements:
GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths, or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2 preferable but not essential
A genuine passion for working with young children
Reliable, caring, and committed to completing your apprenticeship qualification
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a supportive team
Previous childcare experience is helpful but not essential
