Early Years Assistant (Full-Time - Unqualified or Apprenticeship Opportunity)

Shift pattern between 8:15 am and 6:15 pm
Includes one shorter day each week (8:15 am to 1:30 pm)

We're now seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who may be unqualified or looking to start a Level 3 work-based apprenticeship in early years education.

Key Responsibilities
Support the room team in caring for and engaging with children
Act as Key Person to a group of children
Help with daily routines including mealtimes, nappy changing, and hygiene
Assist in setting up and tidying away activities and resources
Contribute to creating a positive, calm and stimulating atmosphere
Learn and develop your understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
Participate in training and ongoing development
Build warm, supportive relationships with children, parents and team members

Good communication and teamwork skills
Previous nursery or childcare experience is helpful but not essential
Must have the right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
