Early Years Bank Staff

Are you passionate about working with young children but need flexibility?
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable bank staff to join our friendly preschool team.
As a valued member of our bank team, you'll provide cover during staff absences or busy times. This is a fantastic opportunity if you:
Enjoy working with children aged 2-5 years.
Can be flexible with hours.
Want to gain experience in an Ofsted-registered early years setting.
What we're looking for:
Ideally, a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (but unqualified candidates with relevant experience will be considered).
A warm, caring approach and ability to work as part of a small team.
Commitment to safeguarding and supporting every child's development.
