We're looking for a bank staff member to join our Tooting Looking Glass nursery. Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, the nursery is just a 10-minute walk from Tooting Bec station and a short drive from Tooting town centre. This spacious 156-place setting features six well-resourced rooms and a lovely garden area, offering a fantastic environment for children and staff alike.

The Role

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee - giving you the best of both worlds!


Within this role, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. You will have adventures through interactive play, reading, and activities to encourage curious minds - supporting colleagues with each child's development towards their key milestones.

What we're looking for

Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential - Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults Ability to be flexible and adaptable
