We are looking for a Curriculum Manager who can lead the delivery and ongoing development of our educational practice across multiple sites. This is a senior, strategic role for an experienced early years educator who thrives on shaping learning at scale and mentoring others to deliver consistently excellent practice.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the design, delivery, and quality of curriculum across all Creative Explorers settings
Coaching and mentoring Room Leaders and Practitioners in pedagogy and planning
Facilitating observations, modelling interactions, and embedding reflective practice
Ensuring alignment with EYFS while also expanding on our internal values and educational themes
Creating consistent learning documentation, planning cycles, and assessment systems
Driving quality through collaborative feedback, peer review, and hands-on leadership
Coordinating site learning walks and supporting leadership teams in delivering elevated practice
Contributing to the strategic direction of practice development across the organisation
This role is central to how we grow, how we maintain consistency, and how we continually improve what we offer to children, families, and staff.
What We're Looking For
A degree-level qualification in Early Years, Child Development, or Education
At least five years of post-qualification experience with proven curriculum leadership
Strong knowledge of EYFS, assessment, inclusion, and reflective pedagogy
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Experience supporting teams across multiple settings is highly desirable
A values-led approach to teaching and leadership
You'll be confident in your practice, calm under pressure, and motivated by purpose and quality.
