At Warsash Early Years Centre, we will strive to provide a stimulating, caring, and positive environment for children aged 6 months to 5 years. The provision will feature three spacious areas filled with a wide range of stimulating resources, along with two outdoor areas of which mirror our indoor environment.

What We're Looking For
Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Early Years Practitioner, or similar)
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
Key Responsibilities
Support the manager in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the setting.
Provide guidance and coaching to practitioners to enhance teaching and learning practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Support the manager in the monitoring and evaluating the quality of provision.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, carers and external agencies.
