Are you a passionate, experienced childcare professional ready to lead a vibrant and busy toddler room? We're looking for a dedicated Early Years Room Manager to join our nurturing team and help shape the futures of our curious and energetic toddlers!

About the Role:

As Room Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of our toddler room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 1 - 2 years olds. You will be responsible for leading a team of early years practitioners, planning engaging activities, and supporting each child's development in line with the EYFS framework.

What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a team of practitioners in delivering outstanding care and education Plan, implement, and evaluate activities that promote children's learning and development Foster a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where toddlers can thrive Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff Monitor observations, assessments, and planning to ensure high standards Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety policies

About You:

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Childcare Minimum of 2 years' experience in a nursery setting Strong leadership and communication skills A deep understanding of the EYFS and child development Passionate about early childhood education with a nurturing attitude
