Early Years Educator

Job Description

We are currently seeking 1 Early Years Educator 37.5 hours per week and 1 Early Years Educator 9.00am - 2.45pm (flexible), 3-5days per week, to join our busy and happy team in Horsforth, to provide care and support for all children in our setting.

Candidates will ideally be qualified to level 3 in Early Years age range and ideally 1 years experience working within a setting. Unqualified up to Level 2, will be considered.

You will be able to plan appropriate learning activities to assess and observe how the children learn and develop. You should also be confident in recording your observations which will be recorded on our online learning journals for parents. (Training will be provided to our specific journal system and SENIT journal if required)

A good communicator is required to be able to converse effectively with children, staff, parents and visitors. We require a person who can use their own initiative and problem solve and deal with the daily challenges of working in a very busy pre-school environment.
