We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. Duties

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years. Foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Manage daily activities, ensuring that all children are supervised and engaged in safe play. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and promote a collaborative environment. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform planning and development. Lead by example, demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire both children and fellow educators. Drive initiatives that enhance the learning experience within the nursery setting.

Experience

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while promoting positive behaviour among children. Leadership experience is an advantage, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A genuine passion for childcare and early years education is crucial for success in this role.
