The Role
As a
Forest Nursery Educator
, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the smooth running of daily activities in the forest and at the indoor site.
Role modelling and promoting the setting's philosophy and ethos.
Bringing energy and creativity to the role.
Guiding children and creating an environment that encourages child-led, play-based learning.

What We Are Looking For:
A minimum
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
.
Experience working with
2-5-year-olds
.
Forest School or outdoor experience
(desirable but not essential).
A genuine passion for
nature play
and engaging children with the outdoors.
Sound knowledge of the
EYFS statutory framework
.
Good understanding of
safeguarding children obligations
.
Highly organised, reliable, and a driven team player.
Strong
relationship-building and communication skills
to engage with parents and colleagues.
The ability to
adapt quickly
, demonstrate flexibility, and use initiative.
