Earl Years Educator

(37.5 or 40h per week, All year round)

What you'll be doing:

Take responsibility for a group of key children, supporting their learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage

Plan and deliver stimulating indoor and outdoor activities that promote curiosity, independence and joy in learning

Observe and assess children's progress, keeping detailed records and working in partnership with parents

Provide inclusive care and education tailored to each child's needs, including those with SEND

Support the smooth daily running of the room, uphold school values (Curiosity, Kindness, Respect), and maintain a safe, welcoming environment

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education

Has experience working with children and a good understanding of EYFS statutory requirements

Is nurturing, responsible and creative, with excellent communication and teamwork skills

Can support children's welfare, personal care, and development with professionalism and warmth

Brings a sense of fun, patience and enthusiasm to the role
