Job Description
We are looking for a Level 3 qualified team member for our children aged 2 - 3 years.
This age group needs someone who will give them enriching experiences throughout their day, comfort them when they are sad, explain boundaries with language that they understand, be patient with their understanding and prepare them for their following year in the preschool room by ensuring they are being supported to reach their areas of development.
Your biggest role is to make sure their time at nursery is a happy one!
You will have key children, work alongside 3 staff in your room and a team of 12 in the nursery.
A good knowledge of the EYFS is needed along with the desire to learn and understand more about how children develop, how we can keep them safe and what we can do to support EAL and SEN.
Staff work Monday to Thursday only - no on call days.
745am - 615pm.
12.75 an hour (newly qualified) to 13.75 an hour (qualified)
