11,600 - 31,000 pro rata, depending on hours taken up

Part time/full time Monday to Friday anytime within 8am - 6pm all year/term time

You will:
Be experienced with an NVQ Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification;
Be able to keep records up to date and have a solid understanding of the EYFS, ideally be able to work wrap around care, with flexible working opportunities including part time and variable hours. The role covers term time, but we can offer some guaranteed holiday hours.
SEN experience is desirable, but not essential.
Have a warm, caring personality with a big heart.
Have creativity, motivation and a love for messy play.
The ability to turn everyday moments into magical learning experiences.
Rougham Acorns and Woodlands is a rural village preschool, set behind the primary school surrounded by countryside. We have been established since the mid 1990's. We can take 24 children per session including wrap around care and holiday club, and follow a ratio of 1-4 for 2yrs and 1-8 for 3+ yrs.
Our ethos is that the children in our care learn through play, and with support will build resilience, confidence and independence. We have a magnificent garden that lends itself to lots of stimulation play for the children. We offer the children the opportunity of free flow play to fuel their creativity, and imaginative thinking, come all weathers.
