Duties
Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.
Manage activities to ensure a structured yet flexible learning environment.
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and creativity.
Maintain a safe and clean nursery environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents as necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience within the setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential.
Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a drive to inspire and motivate young learners.
A thorough understanding of child development principles and practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a calm demeanour.
