Role: Early Years Educator

Responsibilities:

Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. Implement educational programs that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere. Engage in reflective practice and continuous self-development to enhance professional skills.

Requirements:

Hold a "full and relevant" Level 3 qualification for work as an early years educator, as recognized by Ofsted. Possess significant experience in a day nursery setting. Demonstrate professionalism, customer care, and teamwork in all activities, adhering to our Springwood Way of Working. Commit to reflective practice and continuous self-development.
