We have the opportunity for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team at My Little Stars Nursery.

Main responsibilities -
To effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting are met. This is achievable through strong purposeful interactions, well planned activities and a well thought out environment, providing the children with awe and wonder. This includes monitoring the performance of other staff in this area.
To promote each individual child's well-being, confidence and ability to learn and develop through safe and stimulating environments, both indoors and outdoors.
To keep records of your key children's development and learning. This will be shared with parents, carers and other key adults in the child's life.
To read, understand and adhere to all policies and procedures relevant to your role and the safe running of the setting.
To build and maintain strong but professional relationships with parents/ carers, other team members and outside agencies.
To recognise the diverse needs of each child and family. Whether this be a disability, gift, talent, safeguarding requirements, English as an additional language, family cultures, etc.
Most of all to bring your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible early years' experience for the all children within the setting!
The ability to take lead of certain area's/ groups within the setting.
You will provide constructive advice and ideas to the staff team, by promoting a culture of trust and positive communication, as a senior within the setting.
To work closely and constructively with all team members, including trainees. You may be asked to mentor trainee's in order to encourage them to learn the very best of practices we have to offer.
Most of all to bring your skills, knowledge and
strong but positive communication skills
to provide the best possible early years' experience for all children within the setting! As well as providing a culture of kindness and support amongst the team!
