We are looking for a full-time Early Years Educator, with a minimum Level 3 qualification to join our team. Are you passionate about supporting children's development to give them the best start in life?
We are offering an all year contract, with 30-35 hours available, to be discussed with candidates during interview. Working hours are between 7:30-6 Monday to Friday on a rota basis.
You will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years setting, with at least 1 years experience working in a childcare setting.

Duties include:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development in the early years
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns
- Collaborate with other educators and other professionals to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
-Continued Professional Development, including attending training sessions.
-Adhere to policies and procedures of setting
-Provide daily opportunities for children to access the outdoor environment whatever the weather!
Requirements:
- Has knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children
-Some understanding of safeguarding and key person role (Further training will be provided for successful candidate).
-SENCO training or experience desired but not essential
