We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The Early Years Educator will play a crucial role in fostering children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth through engaging activities and effective communication with both children and their families.

Responsibilities

Manage daily activities and routines to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to promote positive relationships. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that encourage exploration and learning. Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents on their progress. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all children. Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive approach to early years education.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential, ideally level 3 and above. Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for nurturing children's development and well-being. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
