Located in a prime spot in Guernsey, this

brand-new 110-place nursery

has been designed from the ground up with children and educators in mind. From innovative indoor learning zones to stunning outdoor play spaces, this is a setting built for discovery, imagination, and joy.

As one of the very first team members, you'll have a

unique opportunity to shape the culture, environment, and experience

for both children and staff from day one. You won't just work in a nursery - you'll help create it.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the

care, play, and early education

of children aged 0-5 in a safe, stimulating, and fun environment Assisting with planning and delivering

EYFS-aligned activities

to help children learn and grow Building

strong, supportive relationships

with children, families, and your team Contributing ideas and energy to help launch a truly outstanding nursery Creating joyful, engaging spaces as part of a team driven by purpose and pride

You Bring

A

Level 2 Early Years qualification

(or equivalent)

A warm, caring, and energetic attitude
