We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. Duties

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages children to explore, learn, and play. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's learning journeys. Manage classroom behaviour by promoting positive interactions and conflict resolution among children. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents. Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive approach to early childhood education within the nursery setting. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment that meets health and safety standards. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience in childcare settings is essential. Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities when guiding children's learning experiences. A genuine drive for nurturing children's development through play-based learning approaches. Excellent organisational skills to manage daily activities and maintain records of children's progress. A commitment to creating an inclusive environment that respects diversity among children and families.

Pay: From 12.48 per hour
