About the role:




Deliver our bespoke curriculum and 'learning through play' ethos. Plan and implement creative activities tailored to each child's developmental stage. Work in partnership with parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child. Maintain high standards of care and education within the EYFS framework.

Your role is key to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.


About you:



We are looking for someone who is:


Warm, caring, and passionate about early years education. Creative, dynamic, and an excellent communicator. Flexible and positive in approach, with strong teamwork skills.

Essential:




A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). Good working knowledge of the EYFS. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.

You'll be part of a team that relies on each individual to play their part to the best of their ability. As well as the colleagues that you work closely with every day, you'll also be part of Team Reading, playing your personal part in making Reading a successful and vibrant place.
