We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at our Moortown nursery. The advertised salary range is suggested for candidates aged 21 years and over as per statutory requirements.

We are recruiting our next set of exceptional professionals to inspire the children's learning along with us. We are looking for dedicated, skilful and creative individuals, qualified to a full and relevant childcare and early years education qualification at a Level 3 standard or above. We're looking for a thorough knowledge of the EYFS, so that a thorough curriculum can be offered to the children in this age-group, and we will offer training to develop your career.

We're looking for relevant skills and a dedicated work ethic with good communication. You'll be adaptable and a good team worker. 38hrs per week is spread over 4 days, with a benefits package, plus training for continuous professional development. We also offer an employer contributed pension scheme.

Responsibilities



Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in early childhood settings. Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote development and learning. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships. Observe and assess children's progress, adapting approaches to meet individual needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality childcare and education. Maintain a clean and organized learning space conducive to exploration and creativity.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.25-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
