We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educator to become part of our vibrant team. The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or higher) and have a real passion for supporting children's all-round development.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities that encourage development, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive space where children feel secure and valued. Monitor and evaluate children's progress, maintaining thorough records and sharing insights with parents and carers. Promote children's social, emotional, and personal growth, encouraging kindness and positive interactions. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning environment. Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals. Follow all safeguarding and health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:



A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or above) is essential. Previous experience in a nursery or early years environment. Sound understanding of the EYFS framework. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Passionate about early childhood education and child development. Eagerness to engage in ongoing professional learning.
