Cybertots is a family run nursery group dedicated to providing a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. Our passionate team works closely to create a setting where children feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn through play.

We are hiring a Level 2 or 3

Qualified Nursery practitioner

to join our friendly and supportive team. If you're committed to giving children the best start in life and want to work in a well-resourced, well-staffed nursery--this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the

EYFS framework

Plan and lead age-appropriate, engaging activities that promote all areas of development Maintain a

safe, clean, and inclusive

environment Build

strong relationships

with children, families, and colleagues Observe and assess children's progress, contributing to their development records Work collaboratively with the team to support the setting's continual improvement
What We're Looking For

Essential:

Level 2/ 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent) A genuine passion for early childhood education Sound understanding of the EYFS and child development Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding training

Salary:

Up to 31,824 per year (depending on experience)

30 days annual leave

including bank holidays (2 days above industry average)
