Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the holistic development of children aged 0-5 years. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early learning experiences of our children, ensuring they are safe, happy, and engaged.

Duties

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of each child. Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to explore and learn. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Manage classroom behaviour effectively while promoting respect and cooperation among children. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall learning experience. Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Drive initiatives that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Experience

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A passion for nurturing young minds and an understanding of child development principles. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
