Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the development of children aged 0-5 years. You will play a crucial role in supporting children's learning and growth, while also managing daily activities within the nursery setting.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that promote children's physical, emotional, and social development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's learning. Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting learning strategies as needed. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall quality of care provided. Drive initiatives that encourage children's curiosity and creativity through play-based learning. Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance in compliance with nursery policies.

Requirements

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience working with young children is essential. Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Leadership skills to guide and inspire both children and fellow educators. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic environment. A genuine passion for fostering the growth of young children through innovative teaching methods. A commitment to creating an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity among children and families.
