We're now excited to be launching a brand-new nursery in Hucknall and we're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our founding team and help build a warm, inspiring environment where children can succeed from the very beginning.

We are searching for a passionate and committed Early Years Educator to join our Hucknall team. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or higher) and demonstrate a strong dedication to supporting the holistic development of children.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and deliver stimulating and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and growth in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children. Observe and monitor children's progress, maintaining accurate records and providing updates to parents and carers. Support children's personal, emotional, and social development, encouraging constructive behaviour and interactions. Work closely with colleagues to ensure a unified and high-quality learning atmosphere. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals, forming strong relationships. Ensure adherence to all safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:



Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or higher) is essential. Previous background working in a nursery or early years environment. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively or independently. Passionate about early years education and development. Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay: From 12.43 per hour
