Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their development and learning through engaging activities. This position requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality childcare in a nursery setting.

Duties

Manage the daily activities of children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that encourage creativity, curiosity, and social interaction. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support the children's development. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and identifying areas for further development. Drive initiatives that promote inclusive practices within the nursery, ensuring all children feel valued and supported. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment that reflects best practices in early childhood education. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised nursery space that is conducive to learning and exploration.

Experience

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
