Salary: 28,017.60 (based on a 40-hour contract)

What You'll Be Doing
Support children aged 0-5 as part of our nursery team
Be a key person for a small group of children, building strong, secure relationships with families
Champion inclusive, high-quality, curiosity-led education and care
Spending at least 70% of your time OUTSIDE in our wonderful Forest style learning environment
Use our WonderWorks Approach and "Planning in the Moment" to support learning and development
Collaborate with a close-knit team to design inspiring environments
Stay current with legislation, safeguarding and best practices
Model a commitment to child protection, equity and collective care
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent experience)/
OR
a Forest school teaching qualification
Experience with toddler and preschool aged children (2-5 years old)
A genuine passion for outdoor based learning and inclusive practice
Desirable (not required):
Experience with diverse communities and families
Forest School or outdoor learning qualification/ experience
Interest in Reggio Emilia, forest school or child-led approaches
