We are looking for a member of staff to join us as an early years educator in our nursery.
D-Dee's has exceptionally high standards to maintain, we are respected for our work by our families, little people and from within the sector. The person to fill this role must be forward thinking and show those special qualities that are so important to us here.
We would like applicants who are either qualified to level 2 or above in early years or who are looking to take their first steps into an early years career and qualification, whom would consider doing their apprenticeship training with us.
We will need you to have or be prepared to complete the requirements below, these can be carried out in house prior to commencement of the role for the successful applicant.
Current DBS Certificate and on the update service.
Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Children Certificate and Basic Food Hygiene.

Reliable, flexible and able to use your own initiative along with being resourceful and creative.
A team player, who can contribute ideas but also embrace those of others.
Able to accept challenge and change to practice.
Able to facilitate activities where children can explore off of the nursery site.
Able to engage appropriately with families in many different situations, showing empathy, kindness, fun and a sense of humour.
Able to support experienced members of the team to plan appropriate activities to facilitate children's next steps in their learning.
