Early Years Educator - Join Our Warm and Welcoming Team

Are you passionate about making a difference in young children's lives? We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our friendly preschool team as soon as possible. This is a term-time only position, working from 8:30am to 3:30pm, offering a fantastic opportunity within a supportive environment.

Our preschool has a strong reputation for nurturing children and providing excellent early education. We're incredibly proud of our team and are looking for someone who will help us continue to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.

What We're Looking For

A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (or the motivation to work towards this through an apprenticeship) A positive, mature attitude and genuine love for working with children An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is helpful, but we'll provide support and guidance if you're new to it A flexible, responsible approach and the confidence to use your own initiative A clear DBS check and suitable references Current Paediatric First Aid certification or willingness to complete training

This post is for 38 weeks per year, with pay in line with the National Living Wage or above, depending on age and experience.
