Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early learning. Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships. Observe and assess children's development to tailor learning experiences accordingly. Support children's emotional and social development through guidance and encouragement. Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained.

Requirements

Experience or qualification in early childhood education or childcare is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and families. Ability to manage classroom dynamics and support children's individual needs. A passion for working with young children and fostering their development. Leadership qualities are a plus, especially in guiding less experienced staff.
