We have the opportunity for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team at My Little Stars Nursery.

Main responsibilities -
To work closely with allocated children
To implement all intervention plans
To observe allocated children weekly, using the Famly app
To communicate effectively with parents using the Famly app and face to face
To adapt environments, routines, and practices according to individual needs and plans
To keep detailed logs of development, using the assess, plan, do, review approach, in accordance with the targets in each plan
To stay in close communication with the settings SENDCO, sharing updates and specific changes
Communicate effectively with other team members working with allocated children, regarding techniques that are working well or not so well
Work in close collaboration with parents, involving them in all decision making and ongoing plans
Work collaboratively with other professionals, supporting the settings SENDCO
To have good organisational skills to ensure all targets are met in a timely manner, and all intervention plans are recorded well and reviewed on time
To ensure a daily positive attitude is adopted

Pay: 12.21-12.71 per hour
