We would need the right candidate to do approximately 2 and half days a week. Or the equivalent 16 to 20 hours a week.
Duties
Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of each child.
Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team approach to early years education.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
