We're on the lookout for a passionate

Early Years Educator

who's ready to bring learning to life for our little dreamers aged 0-5. If you can turn a cardboard box into a spaceship, a puddle into a science experiment, and a storybook into a world of wonder--then you might just be the tea party guest we've been waiting for!

Your Quest (aka Responsibilities):

Create enchanting, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework. Be a key person (yes, like a key to a magical door!) for a group of children--nurturing, observing, and guiding their development. Keep our wonderland safe, clean, and full of joy (and glitter... lots of glitter). Communicate with parents and carers like the Queen's messenger--clearly, kindly, and with a touch of charm. Be flexible and float between rooms like a friendly Cheshire Cat when needed.

Your Magic Powers (aka What We're Looking For):

A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification. A deep love for child development and a knack for turning everyday moments into learning opportunities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills--because even the Mad Hatter needs a good crew! Creativity, patience, and a sprinkle of silliness. A commitment to safeguarding and creating a nurturing environment for all children.
