As an Early Years Educator, you will have a duty of care for all children placed in your care to safeguard and promote the child's welfare.
Good communication skills are essential, this involves listening, questioning, understanding, and responding to what is being communicated by children, young people, and those caring for them. Good knowledge of child development is essential to ensure that all of the children's individual needs are fully met.
You will be responsible for the planning of the activities to create and develop a stimulating and engaging environment in order to provide a high level of quality childcare whilst maintaining a professional, positive, and friendly environment for both children and staff. This involves working closely with their line manager, and carers to ensure the children's needs are met.

You need:
Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
Experience within a childcare setting, minimum 1 year
Good level of general education to GCSE level in English and Maths or equivalent
