Hours: 30-40 hours per week (over 4 or 5 days)
Salary: 28,017.60 (based on a 40-hour contract)

What You'll Be Doing
Support children aged 0-5 as part of our nursery team
Be a key person for a small group of children, building strong, secure relationships with families
Champion inclusive, high-quality, curiosity-led education and care
Use our WonderWorks Approach and "Planning in the Moment" to support learning and development
Collaborate with a close-knit team to design inspiring environments
Stay current with legislation, safeguarding and best practices
Model a commitment to child protection, equity and collective care
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent experience)
Experience with toddlers (12 months to 3 years)
A genuine passion for early years education and inclusive practice
Desirable (not required):
Experience with diverse communities and families
Interest in Reggio Emilia, forest school or child-led approaches
