The Football Fun Factory is the UK's fastest-growing children's football coaching franchise and most of our Head Coaches are franchisees, owning and operating their very own football coaching franchise.
This role is to support the local franchisee in the running of their football programmes. We have Lead Coach and Assistant Coach positions available with sessions in Burgess Hill, Hassocks, Haywards Heath, Steyning & Ashington. Our Tots Football Fun sessions are for 18 months - 5-year-olds and all based around having fun with various fun football linked games. This sessions are done inside our incredible inflatable football pitch in a sports hall on midweek and weekend mornings.
The Company
Our goal is massive... we are aiming to become the 'World's Leading Children's Football Coaching Organisation'. The Football Fun Factory was founded in 2017 and has now grown into a nationwide football provider and is spreading across the UK and beyond.
The Person
You will be a confident football coach with an ability to engage and inspire children. You will need to be an excellent face to face communicator and fantastic at building and developing relationships with both parents and children.
Qualifications
Drivers license - essential
FA Introduction to Coaching - preferred but not essential
Suitable for a DBS check
Hours
Hours will vary depending on your availability.
Our hope is that the successful candidate will want to take on as many coaching hours as possible and to grow their schedule over time.
Location
Your place of work will vary, as you will deliver sessions across the local community on midweek mornings and weekends.
Other locations will be added in time.
Rates of Pay
The rate of pay will be agreed prior to the delivery of your sessions.
