Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Football Coach to join our team.

As a Kixx Coach, you will be responsible for providing instruction, guidance, and support to children in your classes.

Your role will involve educating on basic football techniques through fun silly themes, for example toy story.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement session plans that are adaptable to the needs of individuals or the whole class.
- Provide feedback to management for registers and class changes.
- Motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential
- Help organise yearly discovery days which are opportunities for bonuses depending on performance.
- Ensure the safety of everyone during training sessions.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of registers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sports Coach or relevant role
- basic knowledge football disciplines and rules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essentially with those with different abilities.
- Ability to effectively educate and motivate kids of all ages and skill levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to ensure classes are ran on time

(3 classes over 2 hours Saturdays and Sundays potential for overtime)

- First Aid certification, DBS and Safeguarding certificates needed!

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field (preferred)

Must have drivers licence and access to a car weekly as part of requirement is looking after equipment

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions. In addition to paid trials following interviews.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-20.00 per hour
