has a secure knowledge and understanding of the EY curriculum, with recent experience teaching in Reception and Key Stage 1 has high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour can promote a caring and supportive environment in which children can flourish and succeed can use their initiative to deliver an exciting and engaging curriculum has an enthusiastic approach to teamwork, is reflective in their practice and willing to learn from others as well as to model good practice across the school brings a positive attitude to every day, contributing fully to our school vision 'to be confident individuals, successful learners and responsible citizens'.*
